Just Call Me Biker Chick.... With Tassels!!

Sunday afternoon while I was taking a little bitty nap, my cute Jake came into my room and woke me up by pulling my toes and poking my forehead. Naturally I was a little miffed at the form of wake up call and the fact that I was so tired from waking up early the day before to take my mom to the Salt Lake Half. But he came with good news. We were going on a motorcycle ride! I had never ridden one before so I was excited to do something new. I put on my boots and we went outside to find his dad's big red motorcycle (I don't know what kind...) on my driveway! Jake then pulls out a leather jacket from the side compartment and throws it to me. I open up the black leather to find.... Tassels. Never in my life did I ever expect to be wearing a black leather jacket with tassels on the arms! Once I put it on, I laughed.. And started shaking my upper body! Oh boy was I a sight in that fine jacket! Needless to say the motorcycle ride was so much fun! Jake and I are going to have our own one day! Here are some pictures :)

67 days = 9 Weeks!!

Well.. the time couldn't go by any slower. Jake and I would like to be married already! I will admit that it is super fun planning a wedding, but I would like to call cute Jake my Husband! So far, we have picked out our invitations.. If you haven't given me your address feel free to do so before we mail them! We have chosen our cake.. A little secret.. One of the layers is Funfetti cake thanks to my 5 year old Fiance :) I have picked up my dress and taken it to the alterations lady and the list goes on! I can't wait for our special day and to share it with all of our closet family and friends! Wish us luck! :)

Weddings 101

Here is my list to plan the perfect wedding!

1. Watch Father of the Bride with the father of the bride... Then he will know how not to act while planning!

2. Find the perfect dress with the perfect accessories! Such as this flower belt which will be found around my waist on June 21.

3. Choose a wedding cake that tastes as good as it looks!

4. Find a string quartet for the reception... Might set the perfect romantic mood! (I love the Vitamin Sting Quartet!)

5. I forgot one small detail... FIND A GROOM!!! (Maybe complete this step before everything else!)

6. And last but not least... Take a deep breath because everything will work out absolutely perfectly!!

Well there you have it!! The start of a perfect wedding day.. Good Luck to all of the future brides out there!

Love,

Jentrey+Jake= Something Good!

Jake Hone. (N) a wonderful, humble, sweet, kind, funny, adorable, compassionate, cute, laughable, romantic, creative, quiet, simple, intelligent, happy, patient, good-looking, hick, perfectionist, understanding, non-judgmental, spiritual, good kisser :), loving boy that makes me the happiest I have ever been.

Jake and I met through our friends Brayli and Austin. Jake came home from his mission about two months ago and I was finishing my first semester of college. Every time I saw Brayli, she would tell me that she was going to set me up with one of Austin's friends, Jake Hone. I was a little skeptical but excited to meet someone new. A few days later, I received a phone call from an unknown number. I almost didn't answer it but I am sure glad I did. On the other line was Cute Jake (who called me because he didn't know how to spell my name and didn't want to look dumb over texts.) Good choice to call Jake! Our conversation wasn't very long but he did ask me out... for a week and a half later! I was so bummed, yet still excited that I could meet him. Turns out he was going to St. George with his family for Thanksgiving which worked out perfectly because I was up at my cabin! He text me and called a couple of times while in St. George and I couldn't wait to meet him. After a week, Jake came home on a Sunday afternoon and we had our first official meet and greet. SNOWBALL FIGHT! I walked away with frozen hair, cuts on my face and a cute boy to keep me warm the rest of the night. And several nights to come!

Well the rest is history! Jake and I have been almost inseparable ever since. He means the world to me and he makes me so happy. He is the perfect guy and treats me like a princess! I am so grateful to have him in my life!

P.S. Thanks to Brayli and Austin for the initial set-up! :)

XOXO,
Jench

To Krispy Kreme or Not To Krispy Kreme....?

The Biggest Loser. Such an inspirational show. My favorite is all of the fatties that sit on the couch eating twinkies while watching the show. Cough Cough... my family. Just kidding! On a more serious note, The Biggest Loser does honestly help me in making healthier eating decisions... For example.

Yesterday my father walks in the door with 2 Krispy Kreme doughnut boxes. His exact words were, "There was a 2 for 1 special, how could I resist." My exact thoughts were "How many Krispy Kreme's can I eat before I even realize I have eaten one?"

According to the Krispy Kreme box, the doughnuts inside have 0 grams trans fat. Does that make them good for you? What about Texas Roadhouse rolls?

After watching The Biggest Losers make 100 calorie cupcakes, I came to the conclusion that 0 grams trans fat doughnuts are not good for you.

Does that mean I didn't eat one.... the world may never know!

P.S. This is what happens after 20 Kripsy Kremes... You realize you have eaten way too many! LOVE YA TROY CAMPBELL!!!

Blog?

I would personally like to thank Mr. Fall Break for allowing me to have so much spare time that the only thing I could think of doing is creating this blog. I HAVE NEVER BEEN THIS BORED IN MY LIFE! Is it too soon to say I miss college?

I hope everyone is having a fantastic break!

XOXO
